Why the price drop?

I've started removing/reconfiguring the camper's plumbing and electrical systems and decided to offer it at a significantly reduced price rather than complete the renovation myself.

The water heater, pump, and associated plumbing have been removed, and electrical wiring (connected to solar/inverter) have been disconnected. This will require additional work, so the price is accounting for that. Components included may change as work progresses. I did not complete the original camper build-out but have made several upgrades during my ownership.

As you can see in picture - the two batteries, inverter and converter are all included but will need to be set up. I took the bench (converts to full size bed) out while working on some of that but you can keep that if you would like (mattress included). The solar panel and propane tank are still on the roof.

Reason for selling: Between kids, work, and other commitments, we are just not getting enough use out of it. I’d love to see it go to someone who has the time to make it their own and enjoy some adventures.
