Misty is our love and joy and we are saddened, but happy for her to be going to a new home. We are in the process of moving onto a sailboat and would love for her to be used by a new family. She is rock solid, just having alot of work done and did two trips to New York from Charlotte in the past month, alone racking up 3000+ miles. At 65mph she’ll get 21-22mpg and 18-20mpg at 70mph. She can get close to 530 miles on a tank of fuel. She’s a dually with a factory rear sway-bar and handles like a car. She also has the legendary turning radius of only 46.90 Ft! She weighs 6300lb loaded and provisioned.
Misty is a T1N (1996-2006), a 2005 Sprinter 3500. She is a cult-followed “T1N” sprinter known for their efficient diesel, simple mechanics, and rock-solid reliability. T1N’s are known to go 1,000,000 miles or more with simple standard maintenance. She’s got stability and traction control, only available on 2005-2006 T1N Sprinters.
