We built this van to truly be a 4 season vehicle. It remains very comfortable for both warm weather and cold weather. We found it keeps very warm even at high altitudes (used at 10k) where other heaters may fail. In warm temperatures the LizardSkin metal coating, fan, t-vent window and window coverings prevent overheating. We have been able to leave our dog inside without worrying about internal temperatures exceeding external temperatures. Even though this Sprinter is 2wd, we had great success with driving it in snowy conditions (over 2ft in Taos with snow tires!). We love this van and are only parting with it because we enjoyed the build process and decided to do another one.
