We self-converted this van over the course of 2 years and have been living in it full time for over a year. We are only selling our home on wheels because we are leaving the country! There are a lot of items that we no longer need and will be selling with the van. This is truly a turn key solution for your VanLife dreams!

| The Honest Section |

We want to be upfront with some of the issues with the vehicle so you won't be surprised by anything. We have taken these issues into account on the price already.

Windshield crack - There is a spreading crack from the corner of the windshield. It will need to be replaced. It is not currently in the line of vision of the driver.

Floorboards - The floor is 4mm vinyl planks and they are bent and peeling in some places. They could be replaced, or a new floor could be installed on top of the current one. Or a nice runner rug can be strategically placed.

Driver’s Side upper cabinet - Next to the upper cabinets, there is a space with some exposed spray foam. We never finished this corner but can be built into a shelf area or simply put a piece of wood over it.

Passenger side running board step - This step has a few dents and scratches from off roading. It is still perfectly usable, just a little crooked.

Cosmetic issues -

The sink side of the counter is missing the edging piece.

Paint could be touched up throughout the inside.

Exterior paint is also a bit scratched.

Normal rust issues for the age of the vehicle. A few cosmetic spots that can be fixed.

The passenger side wall has a seam where the plywood plates meet.
