Clean title in hand

I purchased this van about 3 months ago. I build camper conversions full time and decided to use this van as my own adventure vehicle. I’ve taken it about 2,000 miles and am ready to sell it and move on to my next project. It drives beautifully and has no issues or leaks. I had it inspected before purchasing and the following work was done right away:
New: windshield, brakes and rotors, brake fluid flush, oil change, air filter, alignment, tire balance, rear tires. (Previous owner neglected rotating the tires, so the front pair were very worn. I replaced them with all-terrains and rotated the new tires to the back.)
Power locks and windows. The one quirk is the driver door does not work with the automatic lock button. It has to be pushed down manually. Besides that, everything functions as expected. Minor dents/paint chips/rust, but nothing major or problematic. 10,000 pound/ 600 pound tongue weight tow hitch.

The bed is a 6 inch single foam mattress that pulls out to be a bit smaller than a full. The fresh water is a 5 gallon jug, and the gray water is a 3 gallon jug. They strap in and pull out very simply with bungee cables. There is a closet space in the back corner with a rod that can be used with hangers. There is lots of storage space under the bed. The wooden crates are kept on the shelf with an elastic band and pull out easily. I use them as a dresser but they can of course be used for anything or completely removed if desired.
If you’re interested in purchasing from out of state, I’m happy to hold it for you with a non-refundable deposit of 10%/week, up to 3 weeks. I’m also willing to deliver within 30 miles of an international airport for 90 cents/mile. That covers gas, a plane ticket back, and my time.
I do not offer financing. Deposits can be made via PayPal, and the remainder of the payment needs to be either a cashier’s check or a money order. No personal checks. If you’d like to have a pre-purchase inspection done, that’s no problem at all, but it will be on your own dime. I’ll also continue to take local trips in the van but once I have a serious buyer it won’t be an issue to promptly clear out all my personal belongings.
