Meet Fiona, a fully converted Diesel 2500 Extended High Roof (converted in 2023). This van was built to be the ultimate mobile office and living space, offering enough height to stand comfortably and enough length to actually spread out. She’s been well-loved and well-maintained and it’s time for her to help someone else’s van-life dreams come true.

The layout was designed for anyone who needs to stay productive while off-grid. It’s a clean, comfortable setup that’s ready for a cross-country trip tomorrow.

1. Mobile Office: A full-sized desk and ergonomic saddle chair.
2. Sleeping: Custom “mini queen” bed (64 x 60 inches) for a great night’s sleep.
3. Climate & Airflow: Equipped with a Maxxair fan and a BougeRV 3500BTU Portable AC. I also added Living in a Bubble magnetic bug screens (white), which allow you to keep the doors wide open for a breeze while keeping the bugs out.

Kitchen & Amenities

1. Appliances: Induction burner, 2.7 cu ft refrigerator, and a dedicated 12V 10-quart freezer.
2. Storage: Plenty of cabinetry including a built-in wine rack for the perfect campsite happy hour.
3. Water System: Simple and reliable. Two 7-gallon freshwater containers paired with a 7-gallon grey water tank. Waterdrop 10UA under sink water filter system.
4. Sanitation: TROBOLO WandaGO Lite toilet tucked discreetly inside a custom bench.

Power & Tech (No Complicated Wiring)

Fiona features a high-end, user-friendly power system that can handle heavy loads like the AC or a laptop:

1. Jackery 3000 Pro Power Station (purchased July 2025): Massive capacity and incredibly easy to use.
2. Solar: 400 watts of roof-mounted panels plus an external shore power port.
3. Connectivity: TravlFi WiFi (flexible month-to-month plans), Apple CarPlay, and a backup camera for easy parking.

The “Garage” & Bonus Gear

The large open garage under the bed offers tons of storage for gear or supplies. As a bonus, I’m including a Fovoto Aluminum foldable electric bike (2024) that was specifically chosen because it fits perfectly in the garage space.
