Hi everyone!
This is my 2023 Ram Promaster that I’ve lived in full time. I designed and built the camper van myself for full time living and with the intention of making it feel like a home and keeping it simple. It’s a user friendly van, whether you are completely new to van life or a complete expert.
I’ve had the van for around 2 years now and I completed the build around 1 year ago. Due to my new job I haven’t been using it as much as I would like too and I no longer live in it. So it’s time to pass it on to a new owner!
There is still space and room to personalize this van and I hope you do! I would love to see it.
The van still has a manufacturer warranty up until 60k miles and is registered as a motor home vehicle. I currently am insured with Roamly.

- Microwave (Removable if more storage is desired)
- Spacious storage under bed
- Work / Dining area (table is on foldable brackets)
- Load bearing pull up bar / hang board (professionally designed and installed by ProVan USA in Las Vegas)
- Privacy curtains & magnetic window covers
- Reliable & High Quality Electrical System (my proudest work on the van lol)
- Pots & Pan storage is on heavy duty slides and can be used as a Step Stool for accessing the bed. I designed the drawer so I could be able to store my Duo Mini 3 Quart Instant Pot in there with the lid on top.
- Soap dispenser on sink.
- Fixed bed with good headroom. Fixed bed is also removable for comfortable maintenance access.
- Dimmable lighting that has a section feature. You can have the sleeping area on while the dining area is off or vice versa. This was mainly designed incase your partner wanted to stay sleeping while you had to do something in the front of the van but it can be used for other reasons.
- Clamped ladder on back doors for roof access (ladder is removable, with no permanent damage on the van itself)
- Renogy ONE CORE, this is your all in one energy monitor for the van. Bluetooth connectivity is also available on the Renogy App.
- Joolca GottaGo Composting Toilet (You’re more than welcome to not accept this toilet since it has been used)
- Custom fit front cab floor mat
- Easy access device charging throughout the entire van, outlets and USB ports were installed in convenient locations for everyday items like laptops or even instant pots.
- Easy access for emptying grey water tank
- Good ventilation features if you decide that you don’t want to open the doors of the van. Using the 2 max air fans you can have one pull out air while the other one brings in air. With the additional fan near the sink, you can angle this while cooking to direct the steam or fumes of cooking to the max air fan so it pulls it all out.
- Water filter in easy access location
SAFETY FEATURES:
- Carbon Monoxide alarm
- Fire Extinguisher
- HEO Solution deadbolt locks installed for additional security on the interior and exterior. This is extremely handy for a situation where you leave the van for an extended period of time.
- Small fireproof safe for important documents (secured on studs)
- Propane system has a normally closed solenoid valve, so if the valve lost power, it would still remain shut. With the push of a button you can turn on/off the system. For peace of mind, you can always manually close the propane tank itself. The propane tank is also secured in a vented sealed locker. The solenoid CAN OVERHEAT if left on/open for too long. For more information, visit U.S solid’s website.
- Water pump has an on/off button mainly for maintenance and preventing continuous run of water in a worse case scenario leak.
I am technically the second owner of the van. The previous owner used it for cargo I believe. CarFax should be completely up to date. Oil Changes have been completed every 5000 miles throughout my ownership. When I got the van it immediately needed a new catalytic converter which luckily was covered by the warranty. I’ve replaced the Rotors and Pads twice on the van and the vehicle looks good. I also had to replace the Driver side CV axle (covered by warranty) because the boot tore. Documented on CarFax. The van also recently got new tires on the 45,000 mile oil change.
I have documentation for major maintenance, routine maintenance and inspections available for serious buyers.
Most of the miles on the van are highway miles and the vehicle has barely been on dirt/bumpy roads. Since it was my home, I really really really focused on being careful with it and treating it right since I didn’t want it to break down.
IMPORTANT!!! FULL TRANSPARENCY NOTICE!!!
1) Passenger Side Brake Pad wire that sends a message to the computer when the brakes are low is broken. Driver Side Brake Pad wire is fully functional. To fix this you need to replace the brakes but the brakes are pretty much new.
Mechanics and even myself have made the determination that it’s not worth replacing the new brakes just to fix the wire. The Driver side one is plugged in and not broken. Once you have to replace your rotors and pads again, the “problem” will be fixed. Current brake pads are at 10mm (all 4).
I put in 2 pictures, one of the Driver Side that is intact and the other one from the passenger side that is broken.
2) Back door seal is slowly wearing. You might need to replace soon (1-3 months or latest, winter time). During normal rain, it doesn’t leak. If you decided to pressure wash the back doors. There is potential for water to slightly get in. This is mainly due to opening and closing the back doors a lot and the clamp on ladder wearing down the seal over time. New backdoor seals go for 180$-200$. We can negotiate if need be.
3) There is an open recall on the RamPromaster right now but the remedy is not available as of 6/20/2026.
4) The van does have some minor cosmetic damage on the exterior (scruffs, scratches, very small dents, cracked siding). These mainly came from the previous owner. I have included photos in the posting.
PRE PURCHASE INSPECTIONS ARE WELCOME!
This is your new home so if you want a deeper inspection, let me know. I completely understand!
I know in the pictures there are no items or appliances but if you need some, I am more than happy to provide you some in the purchase. Let’s negotiate!
Non-Smoker. No pets. Clean title.
The vehicle does have a loan and the purchase of the van WILL be processed through KeySavy (fees for KeySavy on me). This is for both of our financial safety. Thanks!
Suggestions for the new owner: Inner side of the kitchen cabinet faces could have some accessories added to maximize storage and for extra comfortability I would upgrade the cushions on the dining/work seat but for me, what I had was just fine.
I will also provide you with some extra fuses incase any blow (I’ve never had one blow though) and some extra sealant for the roof if you ever need it.
The van is currently listed at 55,200 miles. But the van currently has 55,043 and will gain some more (plan is to keep it under 55,200miles until new owner). The van is sometimes used for errand runs but it is no longer being used as a full time camper. The stickers, paintings, pictures and patches in the picture have been removed and are not part of the final sale.
This van has been my full-time home and has taken me all over the country. I’ve made amazing memories in it and it truly does hurt a little to sell it. It’s an extremely cozy van and I hope you can have the crazy and amazing adventure I’ve had with it too. I’m always free to answer any of your questions and provide any documentation or pictures you need to make you feel more comfortable and at ease with such a big purchase. I love this van and I hope you do too!
Please feel free to reach out if you have any type of questions!!!
