I bought this van new from the Ram dealership. This van has never been used for any commercial purpose. This van was never a daily driver. It is still covered by the bumper to bumper extended warranty I purchased from the Ram dealership, which covers any mechanical failure at no additional cost. This was a 3 year extension I purchased in June of 2025 so it has over 2 years remaining and can be transferred to you. Giving you the ultimate peace of mind.
The van has been used for two trips so far. it has 24,000 miles on it. it has had 3 oil changes and tire rotations in that time. I take very good care of my stuff, I had planned to own this forever so I did my part to make sure it would last. The van is owned by my wife and I who are the only people to ever occupy this van. Non smokers and no pets.
The van is constructed of premium materials. This was built to last, but also built to be light weight. Mostly premium pine and birch. Paints are Sherwin Williams. Insulation is 3m thinsulate and residential solid core foam board in the floor. Amble cabinet space with finished interiors. Waterproof Vinyl flooring was used, not the cheap stuff.
The systems in this van were built with one goal in mind, I wanted it to just work and never be a hassle. We went with a proven electrical system designed by Explorist.life using Victron components. The Victron multiplus II 2000w inverter charger with 30amp shore power hookup handles charging and 120v residential outlets. A Victron Lynx distribution system. A Victron Orion alternator charger, which intelligently manages load from the vans alternator to charge while driving without adding stress to the system. A Victron Solar charge controller manages the 400w of solar and charges the 600 amp hour lithium batteries. The system is very overbuilt. You can spend a full day in the van running fans, cooking, charging phones and still be above 90% charge, and if its sunny usually 96-98% charge because the solar covers the vast majority of your usage on a good day. The difference maker here is the van has many 12v direct components, the fans, refrigerator, water heater, lighting, usb charge ports all run direct from the 12v power source meaning you don't have to run the inverter like many poorly built vans, running 12v direct gives you massive power efficiency gains, more people don't do it because it costs more up front. Also, the major components are all on switches so for example if its cool at night you can switch the fridge off, if you aren't going to need hot water, you can switch the water heater off, or if you are going to be doing some driving you can switch it on to make use of the charge while you drive feature and get free hot water at no battery cost.
Quality of life was a major consideration as well. A 40 gallon water tank, fillable and drainable from outside the van at any rv water station, provides weeks worth of water. the 12v water heater and rear shower paired with a low flow head gives you time for one good shower, or 2 quick showers. The van also features two Maxxair deluxe fans at the front and rear of the van for ultimate control over airflow without having to crack a window. There are 12v USB charging outlets and residential 120v wall plugs all throughout the front, back, side and even hidden in the cabinets of the van. A running board and grab handle were added for easy access in and out of the van. We will also included the premium insulated Van Essential window covers custom made for the promster which provide 100% light blockage and conceals you form any peeping eyes. We can install these in about 20 seconds, its so simple since they are made with magnets and exact dimensions of the windows. Van Essential Big screens are also installed on the front and rear doors and are hands down the single most important upgrade in our opinion, allowing you to maximize the breeze with no bugs getting in.
The living quarters were designed to give you options. The passenger seat of the van is on a DOT certified swivel giving you full access to the adjustable seat to use as interior furniture. There is a built in cushioned love seats that seats 2 with built in storage below. The bench also has a door to the pull out flushable Thetford 365 toilet. This is a totally sealed system which eliminates all odors. This is a must have in my opinion. Its easy to use and easy to maintain. lasts 2 people about 2-3 weeks before maintenance. The overhead cabinets span the length of the van and give you ample room for clothing food and misc. The drawers are deep and all have soft close sliders. There is storage under the sink. The bed is a Lucid Full size memory foam that has been under a waterproof bed cover its entire life, no human has made contact with the mattress itself, it can also be flipped to the underside which has never faced up. The bed was built into the walls to maximize the entire mattress size without any alterations. Under the bed is the massive rear access storage garage.
The low profile roof rack and solar panels along allow for a very stealth look to this van. We wanted to maintain a low profile so we could take advantage of as many overnight parking options as possible. This has saved us so much money and gives you so much flexibility where you stay. We have stayed for free in every major national park with no issues at all. Never even had a knock.
