First, the not-so-perfect stuff …

1. No rooftop air conditioner. The van has two MaxxAir roof fans for cross-ventilation.
2. The gray-water tank gauge was wired incorrectly and does not read properly. The 28-gallon tank and drainage system work normally.
3. The overhead cabinets are small (approximately 9 inches deep and 12 inches tall) They were kept shallow to preserve interior space.
4. There is no permanently installed cooktop. A portable single-burner stove, air fryer and rice cooker are included.
5. This is a self-converted van, not a factory-built RV. The conversion process is documented on the ExploreRx YouTube channel.

Van and history

I purchased the van in 2023 and converted it for extended travel or full-time living. The layout has an open center aisle and was designed to feel more like a small studio than a traditional RV.

The van is paid off, and I have the clean title in hand.
