At the heart of the van is a premium Victron-based electrical system built around 600Ah of LiFePO4 battery capacity.

Electrical wiring throughout the conversion uses Triplex flat marine-grade tinned-copper cable with a protective sheath.

Stay Comfortable in Any Season

One of the highlights of the build is the Houghton 13.5K BTU low-profile rooftop air conditioner with heat pump. It’s a quiet, non-ducted system with remote control, giving you both cooling and heating capability.

A MaxxFan Deluxe remote-controlled roof ventilation system provides efficient DC-powered airflow when running the air conditioner isn’t necessary.

Custom-made insulated front windshield shades add privacy while helping control interior temperatures in both hot and cold weather.

A Living Space That Adapts to You

Rather than dedicating most of the interior permanently to a large bed, the layout was designed to transform depending on how you’re using the van.

The twin sleeping area expands into a queen-size bed with a comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress when it’s time to sleep.

During the day, bench seating and a dining table create a comfortable place to relax, eat or work. A retractable work surface provides additional workspace when needed and disappears when it isn’t.

Foldable shelving above the countertops and along the sides provides additional usable space without making the interior feel crowded.

Storage is plentiful, with:

Suspension, Wheels & Exterior Upgrades

The van’s road manners and stance have been upgraded well beyond a stock Sprinter.

JR Customs in Dallas, Texas installed a Van Compass Stage 3 suspension kit for the 2WD Sprinter.

It’s paired with:

The van is equipped with an Alpine iLX-W650 multimedia receiver supporting both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

For travelers venturing well outside normal communications coverage, it also includes a Yaesu FTM-300DR amateur radio. An appropriate amateur radio license is required for transmission.
