2016 Ram Promaster Camper Van

Meet Roxanne! This 2016 Ram Promaster 2500 is my fourth van build, and I’ve put a lot of care and attention into creating a functional and reliable space for off-grid living. With each build, I’ve refined my approach to maximize comfort, efficiency, and self-sufficiency. From the solar setup to the layout, every detail has been thought out to ensure this van is ready for whatever adventure you take it on.

Power System:

1. 400 amp-hours of battery power – plenty of juice to keep your devices running, lights on, and more.
2. 2 x 200W solar panels wired in series, ensuring you can stay off-grid for extended periods.
3. 1000W inverter in the back of the van, 250W inverter under the sink

Interior:

1. Comfortable sleeping area for 2. The bed is a pull-out bed, offering a comfortable sleeping space that easily extends when needed.
2. Sink with a foot pump
3. 2 burner gas stove
4. Fridge and Freezer (ability to change temperature on both compartments)
5. Portable Toilet with potential for a composting setup
6. Bench with storage underneath
7. 4 interior cabinets for storage
8. 8 dimmer lights, 2 bed lights
9. Interior garage area with room for a bike, surfboard rack, or other storage

Exterior:

1. 2 Solar panels mounted on the roof
2. Vent fan
3. 2 exterior vent windows near the bed area
4. A few cosmetic scratches
