I don’t know if I’ll find a buyer tomorrow or in a year, and since I still need to live in it and move around in the meantime (I do House and Pet Sitting), I continue to work on the interior build to suit the level of comfort and usability that I find desirable;
I will not increase the sell price for the Interior Build.
This premature sale is unexpected for me; a travel opportunity has presented itself and I cannot take it before I get the liquidity from this sale, so I am very motivated to sell. However, I make absolutely no profit at the asking price; I did not inflate the price and have very little bargaining flexibility.
