2021 Sprinter 2500 144” High Roof | 10kWh EcoFlow + Flarespace | DIY

Selling my 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 144" High Roof RWD diesel with approximately 31,327 miles. I originally purchased the van to build out as a camper, but my plans have changed and I’m selling the van along with the conversion components and materials I purchased for it.

This is an unfinished DIY conversion/project van, not a completed camper. It would be a great fit for someone who wants to design their own interior while skipping some of the more expensive component sourcing and exterior modifications.

The van has Flarespace flares installed on both sides with slider windows, allowing for a transverse bed layout and preserving more usable interior length. I also purchased the custom-fit wooden inserts/interior wall panels designed for the flares, which are included with the sale.

The electrical system is built around an EcoFlow Power Kit with two 5.12 kWh LFP batteries (10.24 kWh total / 200 Ah at 51.2V nominal) and an EcoFlow Power Hub with a 3,600W inverter. Also included are the EcoFlow AC/DC Smart Distribution Panel, Power Kit Console/display, mounting hardware and associated components.

There is a roof-mounted solar array covering essentially the available roof space, and the system has also been wired for alternator charging. I have not confirmed the exact wattage of the roof array, so I don't want to advertise an inaccurate number. The electrical installation is unfinished and is being sold as part of the project rather than represented as a fully commissioned camper electrical system.

There is also a Cascadia 4x4 Sprinter hood solar kit with MPPT controller and hood vinyl, currently uninstalled and included with the van.

A large Dometic CFX dual-zone fridge/freezer is included as well. It was purchased for the build but never installed and is still wrapped in its protective packaging.

Other upgrades/components include new LED headlights, Terra Wagen Dirt Dodgers/mud guards, Kilmat sound deadening in portions of the van, additional Kilmat, aluminum/build materials, hardware, riveter, collapsible ladder, exterior storage components, and additional miscellaneous van-build materials. Everything I have that was purchased for this build will go with the van.

The van is intentionally being sold at the project stage. There is minimal insulation work and no finished living interior, so the next owner has a relatively blank canvas for cabinetry, plumbing, bed configuration, heating/cooling and interior finishes while already having several major systems and components purchased.

The van runs and drives and has relatively low mileage for the year. It is a 144" wheelbase, which I chose because I wanted something compact enough to drive and park more easily while still having enough interior space for a capable full camper build.

The van is currently financed and has an existing lien. The lien will be paid off as part of the sale transaction, with title transfer handled accordingly.
