Installed appliances/Misc
-Espar (Eberspaecher) B4L 12v Gas Heater maximum output: 4kW / 13,650 BTU. Cranks HOT air, we absolutely love it. It has an easy to use remote control and you can program a schedule for different days/times for it to run. It’s very efficient and runs off the van’s gas tank so no need to fill an extra reserve tank. Automatic altitude adjustment up to 9,000 ft. QUIET! Just sounds like a fan when it’s running and no gas or exhaust smell at all unlike the cheap diesel heaters.
-Nature’s Head composting toilet and separate pee funnel – The Nature’s Head is definitely a nice to have for emergencies and being able to avoid some horrible public bathrooms. We usually have to empty the #1 every other day, and the #2 section about every 3 weeks. It does a good job of containing any smells.
-12V Isotherm Cruise Elegance 85L refrigerator. It’s a very efficient fridge. This holds usually 4-5 days worth of fresh food for us, and a small freezer section.
-Furrion 17” 3-burner stove/oven range combo.
-Insulation – We used Havelock Wool to insulate the van for its R-value, eco-friendly materials, and moisture wicking properties. We also have high-end Vanmade Gear insulated blackout window covers
-Two MaxxAir 7500K vent fans with remotes. We installed two so you can have one blow and the other out for nice circulation. Or just crack one open and use the other as a vent. One is located above the stove and the other above the bed in between the two CR Laurence bunk windows so we get a great cross breeze. Even on 90-degree days, the fans can make it relatively comfortable inside.
-Scopema Swivel Seat on passenger seat. This seat is a low profile seat, so it doesn’t raise the chair a noticeable amount. Having the flexibility to sit anywhere in the van is definitely a necessity.
-WeBoost Cell Booster – we installed the WeBoost Reach into our van and it gives us a little extra boost when we need signal for a call or zoom meeting.
Asking $70,000 OBO – All offers are considered
