These are “Silicon Dioxide” batteries - a new battery technology that performs similar to Lithium Ion batteries, but excel in cold temperatures (perfect for Canada winters), and hold more charge than AGM, SLA, and other cheaper traditional batteries. 300W (3x100W) of solar panels built by Renogy, wired in parallel Renogy MPPT charge controller Renogy battery monitor for viewing exact battery percentage available Victron 2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter/Charger with an internal transfer switch to provide AC power to four outlets located on either side and rear of the van and allow for battery charging with shore power connection. This inverter has an ultra low draw and a high efficiency so minimal power is wasted. Victron is the top of the line for off-grid electronics. DC-DC charger connected to the van battery to charge while driving 7x 12V DC lights on three separate circuits for lighting choice. Dimmable light over bed. 2x LED strips on dimmer switch under cabinets for mood lighting USB outlet for charging small electronics. All electrical wiring done by an electrical engineer with lots of experience and knowledge on off-grid, DC power systems. Rest assured knowing all electrical was completed by a professional and all safety standards have been exceeded.   Insulation and Heating: Insulated with XPS foam board insulation - highest R-Value per inch, fully waterproof, and cost-effective. 2” thick on walls and 1” thick on ceiling, 1/2” thick on floor. Cracks insulated with Gaps and Cracks foam insulation. Webasto Air Top 2000 Heater installed with tap to the main fuel tank so no separate fuel tank is needed. - this is a top of the line heater with ultra-low fuel consumption. Comes with rheostat installed. Fantastic Fan by Dometic installed in ceiling for ventilation. Blows air in/out with speed control and thermostat.   Kitchen & Plumbing: 65L 12V fridge (low power draw) made by TruckFridge. This is a front-opening fridge/freezer with temperature control, freezer compartment, and plenty of space for storing days of food. Natures Head Composting Toilet Beautiful full-sized faucet with hose and large 18”x16” sink Drinking water faucet connected to water filter Large ~20 Gal (76L) fresh water tank with gravity water fill at back of van 13 Gal (50L) grey water tank with electric drain valve at back of van.
