With less than 31,500 miles this is a single-owner, LOW-MILEAGE Ram Promaster 1500 equipped with brand new triple peak snow-rated Falken Wildpeak A/T3W tires on 16″ Ultra Toil rims that can take you anywhere anytime of the year. This van is an overland dream and is ready for weekend adventures or full-time living. Because of the small hood profile and incredible turning radius, we even find the van is actually easier than most cars to drive in the city.

The van is equipped for shore power, and wired to run a rooftop A/C unit (actual unit not installed). We are currently running 2 fans on the roof, one is a MaxxAir Deluxe camping fan which functions in all elements including the rain.

The interior is sound-deadened and custom insulated from floor to ceiling. The build is minimal yet functional to include a sink with two 5 gallon tanks (1 for clean water, 1 for dirty water), a large counter, loads of cabinet storage; a modular storage box/seat, custom molle panelling, overbed shelving, and a full-sized bed. We’re currently using an actual mattress (opposed to modular pads); however if pads are used the bed can transform into a couch of sorts.

The entire build is modular (Wayfarer Vans modular kit installed in van in 2018) with on a custom flooring that allows you to add/move/remove pieces and remount them to the floor as you wish. The current layout allows room for 2 people (ideally below 6ft tall) and pets. The van’s bed lays horizontal between full and a queen mattress. Ideally. Taller than 6ft persons will struggle with the length of the bed if traveling with another partner. The garage area is completely open and more than enough room for dogs to rest while being out from under your feet.

New battery and upgraded headlights installed (March ’23).

Van is in great condition for long travel and still has plenty of potential for grand adventures by making it your own. With less than $45k, it’s hard to find a truck this low priced, much less a living space loaded in the vehicle.
