If this van were brand new with all of the items I have listed below included, it would be worth $74,800. I am willing to let it go for $58,000 and you can complete the build of your dreams, with a bit of a head-start.
The 2020 Ford Transit 350, High Roof, and Extended cargo van has 36,000 miles on it, it is in excellent condition, and comes with a bunch of important van life accessories to help you get your build started, including a lithium battery and inverter, the market’s best composting toilet, two solar panels, two MaxxAir fans to keep you cool, and a WeBoost cell service booster to help you hit the road without worries of losing your technology connections. I purchased the van in 2020 and I began to slowly start building it out in 2022 as I began traveling in it full-time. It currently has 32,940 mileage and has successfully taken me on so many adventures! Unfortunately due to new life circumstances, I won’t be able to complete the build and will be selling the van as is, partially converted. This is the perfect van for someone who wants to build out their own van as they wish, with some of the nice basics of the build already completed.
This is a high-roof and extended van (the biggest and tallest Ford Transit 350 you can purchase) in order to ensure there is space for whichever build you have your eyes on.
So far I have installed the following that all come with the van. KILMAT car sound deadening installed on walls, ceiling and entire floor (worth $115.98), and the van is insulated with Havelock wool (worth $1500). I have two solar panels installed on the roof totaling to 200w (worth $193.98). I have two Maxx Air fans with remote control installed in the roof as well (one at the front and one at the back for great air circulation – worth $671.06) . I have a Renogy lithium battery with 200AH of power installed (worth $999.99), a SunGoldPower 3000W Sine Wave Power Converter (worth $825). I also have installed a Nature’s Head composting toilet (worth $1030) and have fancy insulated magnetic window covers for all windows created by “Wanderful” worth $990. If you are worried about cell service while you are out and about on your adventures, I have also installed WeBoost – Drive Reach RV (worth $519.99) which boosted my cell signal (allowing me to work full-time while van-lifing) all throughout the US.
I am also including miscellaneous items that you will need for living van life including a fire extinguisher, an outdoor shower tent and bag, a jumper system for if you are alone on an adventure and need to jump the van without assistance, a portable air compressor, a Mr. Buddy propane heater, leveling blocks, and a pack of 6 – “fix-a-flat” canisters in the event you have a flat tire in the middle of nowhere.
The only issue with the van was a scratch on the roof from back in 2020 that was repaired professionally (though there is some discoloration due to that). Everything else works perfectly and this will make a great adventure van for the right new owner. I am sad to leave van life behind but excited for the new owners who end up purchasing this partially converted 2020 Ford Transit 350, with a high roof and extended length.
Also, the windshield has a crack currently and I am replacing that shortly.
