Brand new build, 15,100 miles on the vehicle. This Is my 5th build, and second with this layout and quality. Every rendition leading up to this has been an improvement on the last, and this one really feels like the perfect final product.
A note on some things pictures don’t show:
This was built with “Ultralight Plywood” (thats the brand name and a fair description). It has the strength of hardwood, but with only 60% of the weight.
A tremendous amount of effort was put in to make sure nothing squeaks. Rubber or adhesives between any wood to metal contact. Glue on any wood to wood contact, etc
