The HLR is a versatile conversion crafted from rugged materials and optimized for daily utility and remote adventures alike. Built on an extremely well-equipped 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter High Roof Crew 144 AWD, it seats 5 and sleeps 4+ comfortably, while keeping full cargo versatility thanks to its unique bunk lift system.
MINIMAL — Purposeful design, built light and strong. The HLR’s aluminum construction maximizes usable cargo space while maintaining a clean, streamlined aesthetic inspired by aerospace design. Custom dimmable lighting completes the look — refined, functional, and free of excess.
VERSATILE — Ready for overnight adventure or errands, the HLR’s BunkLift system features two full-size double beds that sleep four or more, with the lower bed lifting to reveal nearly 50 inches of open cargo height. With the mattresses removed, integrated tie-down points let you secure gear directly to the bed frames for transport. Up front, swivel seats and a folding Lagun table create a flexible lounge setup for dining, working, or just relaxing.
RUGGED — Built for strength and longevity. The HLR’s hand-fabricated, mandrel-bent, laser-welded aluminum tube bed frames offer exceptional durability while keeping weight low. Likewise, CNC-cut aluminum-composite wall panels are impervious to mold, rot, and moisture, and a high-density polymer tabletop provides a tough, low-maintenance surface built to last.
PLUG & PLAY
Power System: EcoFlow 800W Alternator Charger + Delta 2 Max Portable Power Station — a 3-in-1 fast DC-DC charger, battery maintainer, and jump starter. The system fast-charges while you drive and is easily removable for home charging or outdoor use. 110V and USB plugs are placed throughout the cabin, making it easy to power or charge your devices while you relax or work. Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the setup delivers a capable and expandable power solution. Marine-grade wiring and connectors are used throughout the build to ensure reliability.
SWIVEL & CHILL
Convertible Lounge: Transform the cabin into a flexible lounge with ease. Premium driver and passenger seat swivels (FMVSS/CMVSS 207 & 210 certified) create a comfortable setup for dining, working, or relaxing. The dual-arm Lagun Table System adds convenience with an ergonomic surface that tilts, folds flat against the seat, or removes entirely to clear space when needed.

Elevator Bed: Bring the crew, bring the gear, bring it all. Thanks to its innovative BunkLift system, the HLR sleeps four or more on two full-size double beds when the lower bunk is down.
