Small details that make this van unique:

· HUGE garage space under bed with removable walls that block anything from messing with the electrical or water systems.

· Electric agitator for the composting toilet – no need to stir anything yourself!

Honest section:

We want to be upfront with some of the issues with the vehicle so you won’t be surprised by anything. We have taken these issues into account on the price already.

· Windshield Crack – a rock crack the front windshield in the driver side corner. It has spread but is not in the driver’s view. However, this will need to be replaced.

· A few cosmetic issues – Paint (inside and out) can always be touched up. A few rust spots that are expected with a vehicle of this age. The flooring is bent and peeling in some places. They could be replaced, or a new floor could be installed on top of the current one. Or a nice runner rug can be strategically placed.

There will be a lot of items that come with the van that we no longer need. A few of these items include:

· Starlink Mini, Waggle Temp Sensor and Pet Camera (Both require subscriptions)

· Induction cooktop & Our Place Oven/Air fryer
