This van is awesome and will meet all of your needs for a comfortable adventure up the coast, in the forest, or wherever your travels lead! Super comfortable, easy to drive, amazing turn radius and can easily fit into any parking spot, while still having all of the features essential for remote boondocking.

Electrical and temperature: A 300-watt solar panel on the custom roof rack provides ample power for the refrigerator, on-demand hot water heater, dimmable LED lights, and 110-volt outlets. A vented ceiling fan with remote control for comfort in warm weather and premium wool insulation and a vented Webasto heater with a programmable thermostat will keep you toasty as the snow flies outside. Kitchen and Shower: A deep-well sink provides lots of room for dishes and the water filter means that you can top off the 20-gallon tank from a garden hose as needed and confidently drink your fill. Prepare meals inside or out using the Stansport two-burner propane stove (included)! Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and coffee/tea French press are all included. Need a shower after surfing or a bike ride? Turn the faucet around and stand outside to suds up!

Bedroom and Gear: The super-comfortable 6″ thick mattress measures 72″ x 72″, so if you’re 6’1 or under, you’ll sleep great under a down comforter and custom-fitted cotton sheets (all included). There’s ample storage under both benches for your personal gear and the dinette converts easily into bed mode in about three minutes. We have had great success using the van as a rental on van rental sites and it has been consistently booked bringing in a decent monthly revenue. It runs great, has new tires, has been faithfully maintained and we are sad to let it go but can’t take it with us on our new career adventure.

There is one cosmetic scratch above the driver side door – see photos – otherwise it’s in amazing condition!!
