Honestly, this is tough to write.
I’ve had the pleasure of both camping in this van and working on it, during production in 2021. For folks looking to camp anywhere and bring enough water, food, and power to stay there for weeks, I truly believe no better build exists. For folks looking to take very comfortable road trips to visit family, I truly believe no better build exists. For folks looking for a van to haul work materials to the job site and camp on the weekends, I truly believe no better build exists.
The dream for our friend/client was to take their kids and grandkids on adventures around North America, big and small. As life sometimes happens, the dream changed and our friend simply doesn’t use the van anymore. Rather than let it sit in their driveway unused, they asked us to sell it for them. Including the build (specs below) and the base van, our friend is 300k in. After 4,000 miles of driving and very light camping, they are willing to part with it for 170k.
If our friend had caught me before we bought a house, I probably would have bought this rig myself. I believe in its unique and thoughtful layout. I trust the highest quality components inside its cabinets and under its floor. The company who built it locally has an amazing reputation (Campovans). I want to see the dream realized for someone else. This rig needs a new home and an owner willing to take it to the Arctic, South America, and beyond.

Campovans completed this buildout at the end of 2021 and handed the van off to the client early 2022. It features:
-Belted seating for 4 with child seat restraints on the passenger seats.
-A dining area which seats 4 comfortably.
-Sleeping for 4. There is a queen sized bed for adults and a full sized+bed for kids.
-A full inside shower and outdoor shower with 70 gallons of fresh, hot and cold water and 20 gallons of grey water with electric dump valves.
-A portable toilet with easy clean and dump function.
-Two fridges, one upright fridge for most food storage and one drawer fridge accessible from the exterior.
-A full galley cabinet with deep sink, dual burner induction cooktop, and folding leafs for counter extensions inside and outside the vehicle.
-4 season insulation with hydronic air and water heater which runs on minimal diesel fuel.
-600AH of lithium battery capacity with all the integrated Victron lithium systems including 550W of USA made solar panels on the walkable roof rack.
-A dedicated bluetooth control module for selecting and controlling all lighting, which work in conjunction with physical switches located in multiple locations inside the van.
-The exterior has all sorts of fun goodies with an awning, walkable roof rack, nerf bars, lockable rear storage box, spare tire carrier, ladder to the roof, and two One Up bike racks.
For drivetrain upgrades we have the Agile Off Road Rip Kit which totally overhauls the suspension and springs, and the Big Brake kit which upgrades the stopping power so this thing stops on a dime. Keep in mind, this model of 4×4 Sprinter is more desirable than the new models, which are AWD. This has 4×4 with a low range transfer case AND it has ALL the bells and whistles from the factory (big entertainment screen, 360 cameras, etc etc etc). None of this AWD (all the power to one wheel) business that the newer models have.
It would take many more lines to describe the more thoughtful and intricate details which add to the allure of this rig, including but not limited to: custom bamboo trim around the rear door bungee storage, custom cedar T&G ceiling, no gaps over 1/16th of an inch (as seen in photos – the attention to detail is wild), hydraulic door hinges, the highest quality drawer hardware, insulated windows and window covers… I’m more than happy to answer any and all questions, as long as you might actually be interested in purchasing. I’m also happy to show the van if you are interested. Feel free to call or text me to discuss.
Thanks.
