2022 Ram Promaster 2WD

This 2022 Ram ProMaster was purchased new by me and converted in the spring of 2022. It has been my baby and has been incredibly reliable, taking me everywhere from the Arctic Circle in Alaska to the beaches of Baja.

It has 800 watts of solar on the roof, along with two MaxxAir fans—one for intake and one for exhaust—that keep the air moving and the van feeling fresh. The 400Ah battery bank means that, with a full charge, you can run everything you need in the van for a couple of days without worrying about sunlight, even if you get a few cloudy days. It also has a 20-amp DC-to-DC charger that charges the batteries from the vehicle's alternator while the van is running.

We've never even come close to maxing out the 3,000-watt inverter, which provides standard AC power throughout the van. There is also a 32-inch TV that is perfect for movie nights on the beach or in the mountains.

With Starlink mounted on the roof, you never have to worry about losing your internet connection, even while driving. It's especially useful for anyone who wants to work on the road.

The sink doubles as an outdoor shower, which is great for rinsing off after a long day. It comes with an induction stove that is completely safe, so you never have to worry about propane leaks or an open flame in an enclosed space.

The van also has a brand-new composting toilet that has never been used, plenty of drawers for storage, a small closet, and blackout curtains for privacy. The 40 gallons of fresh-water storage can keep you going for a week or two in the backcountry without having to worry about constantly finding a place to refill.

This van has been my baby for four years, and I have treated her like a queen. I hope her next owners will love her as much as my family has!
