Insulation/Sound Deadening:

1. KILMAT Sound Deadening in all cargo wall bays, cargo ceiling bays, headliner, wheel wells, and cargo doors.
2. Reflectix insulation in all cargo wall bays, cargo ceiling bays, headliner, and cargo doors.
3. 3M Thinsulate insulation in all cargo wall bays, cargo ceiling bays, headliner, wheel wells, and cargo doors.
4. Havelock wool insulation in all wall ribs, ceiling ribs, and cargo door ribs. 
5. ½” Foil-backed rigid foam floor insulation. 

Walls, Ceiling, and Flooring:

1. ¼” Pine Plank Ceiling finished with water based polyurethane. 
2. ¼” Maple Walls finished with water based polyurethane.
3. ¾” Plywood subfloor with Lifeproof waterproof vinyl plank finished floor. Nickel thresholds on entrances/edges. 

Lighting:

1. (10) Recessed 12V Ceiling Lights. Single Zone and Dimmable. 
2. (2) 12V Reading Lights w/ USB. Dimmable. ON/OFF directly on the lights. 
3. (4) 12V Recessed Lights underneath bed overhead cabinets. 
4. (3) 12V Recessed Lights underneath kitchen overhead cabinets. (Same zone as bed overheads. Dimmable).
5. (6) 12V Recessed Lights underneath platform bed. On a 3-way switch (one accessible from the garage and one accessible from the front). Non-Dimmable. 
6. 12V LED Strip Lighting underneath driver’s side base cabinet. Dimmable. White or RGB

Cabinetry/Features:

1. Driver’s side base cabinet with sink and Everchill fridge with separate freezer. Large storage space under sink and (3) deep drawers between sink and fridge/freezer. Custom-made walnut drawer pulls. ½” Richlite Countertop.
2. Passenger side seating bench that converts to a shower. Palisade vinyl tile inside of bench with Tertravan 360 degree curtain, magnetic shower head, and Laveo dry flush toilet. Fully waterproofed. When in “seating bench” mode, a custom cushion goes on top for sitting. 
3. 60”x75” (short queen) platform bed with 6” memory foam mattress. Sleeping front to back/north-south. 
4. Lagun walnut table. Mount is on the face of the passenger side seating bench. 
5. Passenger swivel seat to use in conjunction with the passenger side seating bench and Lagun table. 
6. Large overhead cabinets above the kitchen and bed. 

Garage:

1. 60” Mountain bike slide-out garage drawer with Rockymounts. Locking drawer slides have 500lb capacity. Fits (2) adult-sized mountain bikes. 
2. Front-wheel mounts on the side of the electrical box. 
3. Fully finished garage with ample storage space (electrical cabinet on driver’s side, plumbing on passenger side). Garage accessible from front of van.
