2023 Ford Transit AWD

Meet our (off-) road-trip van! We bought this Vanworks Switchback new in fall 2023 for our family of three – but life brought a surprise #4 and we need to relocate to the Midwest, so our camping opportunities are limited for a while. Hoping another family can enjoy it!

Near-standard Vanworks Switchback with a folding rear seat (2x three-point seat belts in rear bench). Queen bed with memory foam mattress plus room underneath for additional sleeping (or dogs, bikes, skis, gear, etc – it all fits, trust us!). Swivel front seats provide a nice living room vibe for lunch time, and screens on sliding and rear doors mean fresh air all the time. Gas powered heater under passenger seat (Eberspacher); Maxxair vent fan on ceiling; original unused induction cook top; Goal Zero Yeti 3000x power unit; 90W solar on top ready for expansion for longer off-grid trips.

Exterior includes lifted suspension, Vanworks wheels, rear ladder + tire carrier, and Flatline roof rack. Aux lighting unit installed includes ditch lights and front wash lights with room for further expansion. Also wired for external low-voltage electric on roof; Fiamma awning mounts are pre-welded to roof rack (awning not included).

We have loved the modular build of this van and have used it frequently with the bed platform removed for tailgating, gear hauling, etc. Vanworks build quality is exceptional and they have been a great resource in the years we’ve owned it.

Note that toilet is a removable/portable cassette style and not built into the van. Buyer is welcome to have ours… but we recommend starting fresh!

Best part is RVIA certification AND 6k+ miles left on original factory warranty. Tires were just replaced, <2k miles. Also includes brand new vinyl weather cover.
