(What is not visible now, but photos included to see the quality of work)
- Both seats have scopema swivels installed ($400/each).
- Floor has 1/2" Foamular polystyrene pink board (R-3) with kilmat in the low ridges with 1/2" maple 3-ply plywood with spray foam at edges.
- All adhesives were suggested by a professional van conversion company.
- Ceiling has kilmat in all ridges and Sika polyiso 1" board (R-6) with spray foam at ridges in addition to the kilmat.
- About 80% of thje exterior is covered in kilmat (4 boxes of 60 SF each, so 240 SF applied). Wheel wells fully covered with kilmat. Even the nooks and crannies have kilmat.
The rest of the van, including the doors and above cab is insulated with 3M thinsulate SM600L. Most areas have two layers, giving it an R-value of 10.4 (1 layer is R-5.2 and ~1.5" thick). The only locations not insulated are the rear door window panels and the furthest rear side window panels in case a buyer wants to add windows. More thinsulate and polyiso come with the purchase to complete the insulation.
