Hello! We are selling our company demo vehicle / camper / weekender van. We love this thing but we are looking to downsize. It has been maintained only by certified Mercedes dealerships and had received the A service, B service, as well as regular oil changes, tire rotations, and filters. We put new rear rotors and pads in about 5k miles ago. The Van also has upgraded leaf springs in the rear with digressive Fox dampers. This is the last model year of the true 4×4 drivetrain with low range! Below is a full list of the upgrades and buildout.

Engine

The Mercedes-Benz 3.0-litre Sprinter engine, commonly the OM642 V6 diesel (produced 2005–2021), is a reliable, high-torque engine favored for heavy-duty hauling. It produces approximately 188 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque (later models), often paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission, offering excellent, efficient performance for commercial, passenger, and camper applications.

Electronics

1. Renntech Engine Tune – Purchased from Owl Vans – Adds ~100nm of torque and almost 70HP. ~$1500 upgrade – So worth it!
2. Pedal Controller for adjustable throttle response – App controlled
