2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4×4 — Overland-Spec Adventure Build
High Roof · 144″ WB · ~37,000 Miles
This is a purpose-built overland Sprinter, not a stock cargo conversion — every system on it was chosen and installed by specialists. Four builders, each working in their specific lane: Owl Vans handled suspension and recovery hardware, Mainline Overland built out the windows and storage, Nirvana Van Upfitters finished the interior, and Launch Vans (FLVC) built the cabinetry, bed system, and exterior armor.
Built with a purpose in mind
This van wasn’t built to check boxes — it was built around a specific life: loading up bikes and boards and disappearing for a long weekend. The layout keeps the interior open for gear rather than packed with cabinetry for its own sake, while still being fully livable for camping in or out of the van. An exterior solar shower and camp stove mean you can rinse off and cook outside without ever needing to bring the mess in — the whole rig is set up to support the trip, not compete with it for space.
On the road and off it
315/70R17 BFG KO2s on Black Rhino Arsenal wheels, full Falcon suspension (Striker shocks, Rally strut, mini leaf), Warn VR EVO 12-S winch on a CA Tunes bumper with Factor 55 UltraHook, full-size spare with integrated rear ladder, rear step-over hitch. Full hybrid boss wax undercarriage coating (Rhino Lining of Cape Cod), clear vinyl wrap on hood and windshield surround.
Built to live in, not just drive
Bamboo flooring, custom bench/storage (Nirvana), FLVC cabinetry and bed system, small fridge/freezer, Dometic sink, Espar diesel heater, Maxxair fan. Power via dedicated AGM aux battery plus a Goal Zero portable power station for AC needs — built for real overland use, not full off-grid living. Strawfoot insulated window covers throughout, Beatbox sound system.

Why this one’s worth a look
This van has had one owner, and it shows — impeccable records, meticulous maintenance, and a level of care that’s rare to find in a vehicle that’s actually been used the way it was meant to be used. Every service is logged, every piece of paperwork is retained, and it still carries an extended factory warranty with roughly 3 years remaining. This isn’t a project that got half-finished or a build that was flipped for profit — it’s a well-loved rig from a genuinely tidy owner, ready for whoever’s next.
Paid in full only — no financing or trade. Viewing available on Martha’s Vineyard or in the NorthEast.
