Only reason for selling is to thin the stable and make room for a new shop “demo” build this Fall. Remove 3 nuts/bolts, unplug Anderson Power-pole electrical connectors and then 2 people can lift the entire galley out of the van.  Just as simple to re-install. No interior or rear shower currently installed but a rear shower could be added with some expense (requiring additional water storage and heat source, separate from galley water).
