2020 Promaster 2WD Off/On Grid Glamper (available ? see below)

It has been almost 3 months since the manufacturer (Sellantis) told me they would have a new transmission by August. They still can't tell me when they will have one but said they are working with the supplier to prioritize it. I went to the service lot at the dealership to check the van recently and there were roughly 15 Promasters in the lot including 10 Amazon Promasters. I'm sure they are all waiting for transmissions. I am frustrated and more than a little angry that there does not seem to be an end in sight.

This 2020 Promaster Glamper is priced to sell $7,300 below the Fair Market Value determined by Camper Van Appraisals. The 24-page appraisal report states,

“While retaining the basic external looks and characteristics of this 2020 RAM PROMASTER 3500 van, this 2-wheel drive CAMPER VAN features virtually all the options and comforts that you might expect to find in a modern full-sized motorhome. It was custom fabricated using the finest components available.”

The van can use shore power but offers the comforts of home while completely off grid. Everything in the van is either solar powered or gets its power from the van itself:

• The Webasto heater uses the gasoline in the van’s gas tank
• The IsoTemp hot water heater is heated by the van’s antifreeze while driving.  It stays hot and it has never been necessary to plug it in.

The lagun table, countertops and shelf all cut from a single piece of live edge ash that along with the rustic floor, farmhouse sink, and shiplap create a farmhouse decor.
