2019 Ram Promaster 2WD

Low mileage camper van with mostly working amenities. Electrical system working and plumbing working. Needs drain and gray water tank installed.

2 Maxx air fans (front fan not working, unsure why)

Included but not installed-10 and 21 gal. gray water tank (Have both but only needs one) (Electric ball valve already wired, actual valve sent with van)

Window privacy covers (Rear door windows & side bunk windows)

Privacy curtain from cab area

Included but not installed-Nautilus shower door

Needs:

New tires

Emergency break needs to be freed

Small leak underneath

Break housing needs to be redone (Safe just squeaky)

Four new tires quoted for roughly $1,000 and the other fixes were quoted at another $1,000 from a Dodge dealer. These costs are reflected in the price. 

Shower area is plumbed but unfinished. Could be finished as a shower or closet/storage space. Any extra building/van materials will be sent with the van. Also any items we have for van life are included (ex. Tire traction matts, 2 small camping chairs, small camping table, bug mesh net to be installed on sliding door, a few kitchen/cooking items that are new).
