UNIQUE VAN BUILD OUT This camper van is a build out from a passenger van. The build out was done by Vansions LLC, Salt Lake City. Choosing a passenger van built out makes it unique for the luxury afforded by Mercedes passenger vans, which includes comfort driver and passenger seats, parking package with 360 degree camera, and multimedia touch screen. It feels very open due to the tinted windows around the whole van.

The features of the build out include

*Luxury driver and passenger seat (swivel) as well as an additional removable leather passenger seat for two.

* A split kitchenette, with a two-burner stove on one side and a sink with a fold out counter on the other. There is cabinet/drawer space on both sides as well as a spacious overhead cabinet and a removable pop up table.

* A wood paneled ceiling has lighting and is vented.

* A 3 panel bed with storage underneath (or sleeping room for small children)

* A unique several foot pull out in the back (with storage underneath) to allow for outdoor cooking if desired.

* An awning and ladder are included along with a storage bag for additional storage atop the van

* Thinsulate and reflectant insulation

* Dometic portable electric refrigerator

*Dometic portable toilet

* Solar panel

* Diesel fired air heater with altitude compensator

* Thermostat controlled roof fan

* Multiple Electrical (6) and Charging outlets plus exterior 12 volt outlets

A VERY UNIQUE FEATURE OF THIS VAN is that the camper units are modular and can be removed to allow it to convert back to a passenger van. The van seats clip in and out. This van had 12 seats originally. Currently available with this van is seating for 7 as I did not keep all of the original seats.
