Van is in almost perfect condition, small dent on the roof above where the sliding door is from a friend parking next to a tree, we’re willing to get it fixed if someone would like, but it isn’t noticeable so we just didn’t end up taking it in.

Bathroom/Shower: Full wet bath with Thetford cassette toilet, automatic water button to fill and flush. Has 7 gallons of fresh water and 5 gallons of black water. Can be removed from the outside of the van to be dumped.
Heated outdoor shower on the rear of the van in addition to the indoor shower.
45 gallon fresh water tank and 43 gallon grey water tank.
