This converted campervan comes with a clean title, all weather tires, and a new battery. It can park almost anywhere, and gets 17- 20 miles per gallon. It has low miles (36,500) and features a 12 volt Dometic fridge/freezer that also serves as a bench and step-up to the bed. The quiet MaxxAir fan brings in fresh air, exhausts food smells while cooking, and automatically closes if it senses rain. Coupled with the van’s 3 screened windows, the fan creates an air-flow of cool, fresh air for those hot summer nights. The large water tank and 360 watt solar panel provide fresh water and power for boondocking. The solar panel charges the lithium battery for a 12 volt system that powers the interior lights, fridge, ceiling fan and an outlet for charging your phone, laptop, etc. There are two more outlets that work when the van is plugged into shore power. The battery also charges from the engine alternator while driving. Although the bed is big enough for one person, it could be widened as needed by placing a board and another foam mattress over the counter tops next to the existing bed. The medium height roof allows full standing room of up to 5’ 6”. A vinyl storage bench houses the Luggable Loo toilet. Three large cabinet drawers provide a lot of room for miscellaneous storage. The bottom cabinet drawer doubles as a pull-out shower with drain pan, shower sprayer, and shower curtain that can be hooked to the ceiling around the exhaust fan. The shower sprayer can also be used outside to spritz off sand or dirt when you’ve been hanging out with nature.
