*Motivated to sale*. We have loved and lived in this van since it was completed 6months ago. We're currently in California, but returning to Florida end of September to fly home to UK. As we're leaving the country we're finding our pride and joy a new home.

Bathroom: Porta Potty for ease of use and disposal. We move it between the shower and door way to make use of space at all times. Shower with concertina sliding screen. Dura facet head and hose, 9.5L max per minute for a powerful shower, or can be turned down when you need to conserve water.
Kitchen: Hevea II butcher block countertops, stained dark. One side contains a 2-burner propane gas stove and a large deep stainless steel sink with extendable high pressure faucet and two spray modes. A sliding kitchen window sits above the sink for light and ventilation. The otherside is an open countertop where you’ll have space to prepare food, position the air-fryer, mixer, toaster and coffee machine (and when not in use they’ll fit away neatly in the kitchen cupboard).
Storage: Large amount of storage throughout the van. Carpentry by hand to maximise strength and space. Spacious overhead cabinets with gas ram assistance. Bedroom area has three overhead cabinets: two at 12” x 12” x 48” and one extended by 12” x12” x 24”.
Kitchen cabinets are spacious, containing removable and stackable boxes to ease storage and access: one overhead at 12” x 12”x 48” and three base cabinets at 24”x 24”x 36”. All painted in a deep alpine green shade of Behr, have large doors with strong magnet and tan-leather pull tabs. The two rear seats expose further storage, also gas ram assisted. Four hidden panels around the van expose additional space for storage and privacy.
