The floor is finished with outdoor-grade vinyl sheet flooring, making it waterproof and easy to clean — perfect for life on the road. The van is fully lined with Kilmat sound deadening material and insulated with a combination of Rock Wool and foam board in the walls and ceiling. The floor is also insulated with rigid foam board, providing excellent four-season capability.
One of the standout features is the custom-made bed lift system, which provides easy access to a full U-shaped seating area underneath. The seating area is equipped with custom-made couch cushions and a lagun swivel table. Countless hours of work went in to building this home on wheels and over 30.000 CAD spent in the conversion.
My partner and I have lived in the vehicle over the last winter season, completing a trip to Northern BC, Yukon, and Alberta.
