This van combines the heavy-duty dually chassis and extended high-roof platform with an installed adventure/camper setup that is both comfortable and highly modular. It has been an amazing vehicle for family adventures, camping, road trips, hauling gear, and getting outdoors.
The van has ~110,000 miles and a clean title.
THE BUILD
The interior features a custom Boundless Adventure System modular 80/20 aluminum platform, designed to maximize sleeping space and storage while keeping the van flexible.
The current setup includes:
- Two 28″ x 75″ stowaway beds
- Modular aluminum bed/storage system
- Extensive wheel-well and rear storage
- Rubber flooring
- Factory seating for 7
- Mounting system utilizing the Ford factory seat rails
- Flexible open interior that can be configured for camping, passengers, bikes, gear, or road trips
One of the things we love most about this van is that it doesn’t lock you into one configuration. The modular setup can be adapted depending on whether you’re taking the family camping, hauling equipment, or heading out on a road trip.
Sleeps 4 comfortably, and our family of six has successfully slept in the van for overnight adventures, making great use of the modular sleeping and storage setup.

DOCUMENTED BUILD & UPGRADES
We have original documentation for the work performed on the van, including the Boundless Adventure System build and the electrical/camping installation.
The documentation shows the original custom build components, including the extended dually platform, stowaway beds, storage system, flooring, ABS panels, and mounting hardware.
We also have Ford service documentation showing that a remanufactured automatic transmission was installed by Ford in 2023. The transmission cooler lines were flushed and the vehicle was road-tested following the repair.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
We want to be upfront about the van’s condition.
- The Fiamma awning currently needs repair to the automatic motor, but it can still be manually cranked out and used. We believe the issue is with the motor, but it has not been formally diagnosed.
- One headlight is fully functional; however, part of the plastic housing was melted by a faulty jumper cable.
- The driver’s seat has some fraying/wear from normal use.
- There are some additional cosmetic imperfections consistent with a used adventure vehicle.
We’ve included photos of several of these items so buyers can see the van’s condition clearly. We’d rather be transparent about what needs attention so the next owner knows exactly what they’re getting.
