The electrical system was built to a high standard throughout, with soldered connections rather than the crimp connectors typical of most DIY builds.

What remains is cosmetic: wall panels and interior trim are not yet installed, leaving exposed metal and wiring in areas. For a buyer who wants to complete it to their own taste, or a builder who knows what they’re looking at, this is an exceptional platform at a fair price.

The ceiling is done — dark-stained cedar slat — as is the butcher block countertop, vinyl plank flooring, and white cabinetry system.
