Powered by a robust twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine. This beast flies on the highway, effortlessly cruising at 75mph. Even steep mountain roads are a breeze as it effortlessly tows cargo, ensuring you never miss out on the most awe-inspiring destinations and getting great fuel-economy while you do it.
Acquired new in 2016 by a couple who embodied the spirit of adventure, it’s time to pass on the torch and allow someone else to create unforgettable memories.
With just 37,400 miles added to its journey, this remarkable van is longing for more miles, more experiences, and more joy.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area where you can unwind after your thrilling escapades. Engineered to accommodate your family, friends, or just the two of you. The interior seatbelts 6 and sleeps 6.
At the back of the van are dual bench seats capable of sitting 6 that surround a raised pedestal table. When it’s time to rest, the snug sleeping quarters provide a tranquil haven to recharge. The pedestal table between the benches removes and the bench seats slide together creating a king size bed.
If that bed doesn’t strike your fancy or you are sleeping more than two, then extend the telescoping ladder and ascend into the 180 windowed view pop top roof. For even more sleeping space, two children’s hammocks can hang above the bench seats to sleep two more.
Towards the front of the van is a fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare delicious meals, fueling your adventures amidst breathtaking landscapes. The kitchen comes with custom cabinetry complete with a deep storage cabinet, a 12v cello tv with dvd combo, two fridge/freezers, one dometic one Alpicool, and a Dometic Smev sink grill combo with self-contained 10L fresh and gray water jerrycan tanks. Underneath the sink houses a safe to protect your special items and a propane locker with Gasit refillable propane bottle.
Powering all this is a self-contained battery system that is separate from the vehicle’s two startup and auxiliary batteries. 2 150-watt solar panels (300w total) on the roof send solar power through the Victron solar charge controller into 2 120amp hr batteries. The batteries can also be topped up by the Victron dc to dc converter or 30amp shore power. It also has a 2000w Renogy inverter to power all your devices.
What makes this campervan really rare and unique though is that it is titled and registered in both the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain. Which means if you’ve ever dreamt of van life extending into Europe and beyond, this is the van for you.
As a brief summary, I am the original owner. This campervan was purchased brand new in America in 2016, registered originally in Oregon. Then it was imported to the England in 2017, converted to European roads, and also registered with the U.K. Home office. It’s been re-imported back to America in 2023 and now it’s waiting for its new family in Phoenix, Arizona.
For your future adventures, this campervan can legally and without restrictions be imported and driven around Europe and the Americas. More importantly, you can get European car insurance with this van! It also might be the last American Ford Transit to obtain registration in Europe due to the tightening of European vehicle emissions.
On top of that, when you journey across the pond, this campervan has permission to drive in London’s low emissions congestive zones and it has the French crit air sticker allowing it in Paris’ low emission zones. Not an easy feat to obtain.
Priced to sell quick. Must head back to England now so all reasonable offers considered. Buyer can have excess camping equipment of their choosing as well, such as a generator, camping chairs, outdoor shower unit, etc…
