• Upsized off road tires to smooth the ride especially on dirt roads
• Bilstein rear shocks upgrade designed for smoother ride on and off road
• Oversized front light bar and half sized rear light bar are mounted to the roof rack and are switch operated from the driver’s seat

Build Details

• Wall Insulation: Thinsulate – Non toxic and soft to the touch
• Floor Insulation – Basic foam board
• All windows feature insulated coverings. Some more rudimentary than others
• Electrical – 320 watts from solar panels, 2000 watt sin wave inverter, 200Ah Lithium battery (brand new)
• Roof rack which mounts the solar panels and houses the faux wood deck. Deck can also accommodate many other accessories that are compatible with aluminum extrusion
• Water pump does not feature a water heater
• Water Tank- 14 gallon (x2 7-gallon jugs) freshwater tank and 7 gallon gray water tank
• Fridge is 42 quarts and can be temp adjusted to run as a freezer
• Emergency toilet is just a bucket with a seat. It has never been used.
• LED lights are recessed into the ceiling and under the cabinets
• 2 power outlets are in the middle and the back of the van
• Maxx Air fan with 5 speed settings and push or pull directional modes
• Bug nets fitted for the sliding side and rear doors
• Curtain keeps the driving cabin insulated and keeps the back private when parked in public
• Dining table that has seated 6 people before, is stowed in the sliding door
• Propane stove is stowed away and can be used outside the van for less mess and clean up
• Induction stove is also stowed away and primarily used during sunny days to save fuel
• Portable pressurized water tank with water heater was used for emergency showers, washing off bikes, rinsing off anything outside the vehicle

• Folding bed with storage underneath turns into the couch during the day and dining room when needed

Other Notes

• I have put only 11,000 miles on the vehicle, almost all highway on long trips up the west coast
• It is a rare super single, meaning it is an alternative to a dually (4 wheels in the rear). Thus it has larger wheels in the rear than the front. It was designed for heavy loads and if the load does not exceed the tire’s max weight, it can tow a significant amount.
• I outfitted it with mud terrain tires to give it a smoother ride quality than stock road tires. The difference was extremely noticeable and the tires help a ton on dirt roads.
• Motor oil and filter were just changed and DEF fluid was just topped off.
