2010 Ford E-350 (Extended) w/ High Top

Low-mileage and legendary Ford E-350 (Extended) Super Duty (5.4L V8, flex fuel) with 24” Fiberine high top is ready to make your own.

My wife and I bought the van in Oregon in April 2024 at 94,286 miles, took it down to California to have the high-top installed by Fiberine in July 2024, and have enjoyed it several times. We intended to continue building our dream camper van, but life had other plans.

The high top is reinforced with OSB ceiling and 1x4 planks on sides for mounting. A Maxxair Maxxfan Deluxe is installed and has the remote. The Maxxfan is currently wired through a fuse box to a 12V “cigarette” plug for easy power via a portable power station (not included).

The rear A/C is intact. We’re not aware of any leaks in the van except occasionally when water hits the rear doors just right due to hard rain or washing (might need new door/window seals).

Bill Pierre Ford performed a transmission service, replaced spark plugs, replaced front brakes/rotors/repacked bearings, and performed a fuel injector service all on 5/1/2024 at 94,619 miles. That dealership also mounted/balanced 4 new tires on 5/1/2024, one of which was replaced by Les Schwab on 8/23/2025 due to a puncture.

The most recent oil change/tire rotation was performed on 9/17/2026 at 99,438 miles by Sound Ford.
