It’s a 2023 Ford Transit 350 AWD with EcoBoost twin turbo.
This has the 3.5 liter gas engine. Currently has 10100 miles (still in use)
I am a professional woodworker with 26 years experience. I built everything in this van with the idea of a simple, open floor plan with quality components. Clean Title in hand.
Here’s a breakdown…
The Van:
Besides the specs listed above, this also has the Sync 4 package (12” touchscreen infotainment) and 360 degree camera coverage.
This was technically a used vehicle when we purchased it (with 360 miles) which qualified it as Certified Pre-Owned. This extends the warranty to 4 years or 48000 miles for the bumper to bumper coverage and 7 years or 100,000 miles for the powertrain coverage and IS transferable.
Exterior:
Yokohama Geolander X-AT tires (1.5” taller than stock)
Unaka Gear Co. full roof rack with flush mounted solar panels
Fiamma 45S awning (manual operation)

6” memory foam bed converts to dining area with a Lagun mount for table top – allows table to swivel
Bed Dimensions: 67″ Front to back and 73″ side to side (inside window wells)
Toilet cabinet houses a Trelino composting toilet – heavy duty slides allows in-place use.
Dimmable LED lighting in main area, above galley, and two reading lights.
Upper cabinets with ample storage, self supporting up-swing hinges.
All doors and drawers secured with magnetic catches.
120 volt AC outlet in countertop for portable 1300 watt induction burner (included).
12 volt cig outlets and USB ports for charging.
20 gallon fresh water tank under driver-side wheel well box – twist-lock hose filler at rear.
16 gallon gray water tank under driver side of van.
4 gallon Bosch electric hot water heater.
Outdoor shower port with quick disconnect and hot / cold controls just inside rear doors.
Maxxfan Deluxe exhaust fan with remote – can be used while raining.
Privacy:
Black-out pull-down shades above galley and bed, Van Essentials magnetic coverings for rear doors and sliding door windows, insulated silver covers for windshield and front side windows.
Webasto Evo 40 heater – mounted under the van, uses the van’s gas tank for fuel. Thermostat with bluetooth control as well. Vent is under passenger seat base.
Havelock wool insulation in ceiling and walls, 1″ rigid foam under subfloor.
Solar / DC system:
Entire system is 12 volts DC.
Solar panels – 2 x 200 watt Newpowa monocrystalline = 400 watts total Battery – Rego 400 amp-hour LiFePo self-heating bluetooth battery Inverter – 3000 watt Renogy pure sine wave inverter / charger – also allows for shore power charging
Charge Controller – Renogy DCDC50 – also allows for alternator charging while driving and will trickle charge starter battery when house battery is full
Properly sized wiring, breakers, fuses, and disconnects throughout
30 amp shore power plug – includes adapter for standard extension cord use
Renogy OneCore display for DC system info
Remote control switching for Inverter and hot water heater
