The specifics:
Vehicle Specifications
- 2023 mercedes Sprinter 170HR AWD 4 cyl twin turbo with 9 speed transmission Canadian van in KM/H. Van was spec’d for our build with carful attention given to factory options. Incuding- heated seats, adaptive cruise, Leatherette seating, rear hitch. ( build sheet available on request)
- Seating Capacity: factory captains chairs, after market rear seats with shoulder and lap built. Infant seat attachments. Seats fold into bed. Captains chairs have aftermarket Swivels. Rear seats can be rotated to face forwards or backwards depending on preference.
2. Interior Features & Layout
- Sleeping Arrangements: All beds are removable. Lower bed 5 inch memory foam mattress queen size easily accommodates two teenagers. Upper bed larger than queen custom 5 inch mattress, upper bed folds to create a couch for lounging in the van or accommodate more passengers when traveling. Roof top tent accommodates 2 adults and is set up and taken down in less than 2 minutes. Additionally rear seats also fold into a bed. Van could accommodate up to 7 sleeping.
- Kitchen Setup: Sink with folding faucet, 100 litres of fresh water stored inside, 40 litres of grey water under the van, dump controlled by electronic switch on drivers seat, 96 litre- 12 volt fridge easily accessible from inside or outside the van
- Storage Solutions: – ample storage with 15 feet of cabinets several options for under seat storage and under bed storage. exterior storage compartments, additional storage on roof with options for ski box.

- Electrical- 400 amp hour of lithium with bluetooth monitoring, wired and ready for solar panels if wanted. 2000 watt invertor with shore power. 50amp DC to DC charger with MPPT
- Climate Control: Full Havelock wool insulation, commerical window covers around. Maxair fan, 10×30 bunk awning style windows. Espar diesel Heater with high altitude function. Full set of commercial window covers. Both side sliding door and rear door integrated bug screens.
- Exterior Upgrades: After market suspension upgrade, 17 inch Black Rhino Arsenal rims with Falken Wildpeak tires. SVC side steps, SVC roof rack with drop front to accommodate 50 inch curved LED light bar. SVC rear door ladders accommodates up to 6 Bikes. Fiamma Awning with integrated LED strip. Exterior water shower.

Reason for selling- We have been traveling in one van or another for the past 7 years. Our kids have grown up spending summers traveling Canada and USA and it has been absolutely amazing. Our kids are at the age in which they will begin to spend summers working, traveling for a month at a time has become unrealistic.
