“Lulu” 2023 Sprinter 170 AWD with Hydronic Heated Floors + TinyWatts Power System + Rooftop Deck + Starlink High Performance
If you’ve been thinking about getting into van life this summer, this is a chance to skip most of the research, cost, and build time and start with a van that already has the hardest and most expensive systems in place.
Lulu is a partially built 2023 AWD High Roof with all the options from the factory and less than 36000 miles.
Designed to be an off-grid, off-road, four-season dream van, ready for the next owner to finish it in their own style. The major infrastructure is already installed: premium power, hydronic floor/air heat, hot water, water storage and plumbing, Starlink, insulation, windows, bump-outs, fan, and interior wall and ceiling work. It’s a strong foundation for someone who wants to enjoy the fun part of the build without having to become an expert in electrical, plumbing, heating, venting, and system design first.
With the 2023 model year engine, transmission, and AWD upgrades, this van drives beautifully, quietly, and most importantly, fuel efficiently.
I spent a lot of time, care, and money finding the best parts, systems, and builders for the absolute best foundation and now its your turn to have fun with the cabinetry, appliances, lighting, and finishes.
All work was done by TinyWatts Solar and Van Life Tech in Bend, OR as well as Adventure Vans in San Luis Obispo, CA
