Welcome to your new home on wheels! This is a very solid, comfortable, and clean build, and it’s been a great home for us for the past year.

BUILD: Extensive insulation and sound dampening of walls, doors, ceilings, and floors.
ELECTRICAL: The electrical system has allowed us to go months without plugging in, thanks to 400AH of battery, 600W of solar on the roof, and of course our DC charger. It has performed flawlessly, and we’ve never even blown a fuse! It can easily handle multiple laptops, phones, AC, stove and oven cooking, fridge, etc.
PLUMBING: Enjoy hot and cold water for cooking, cleaning, and showering in the van. Even with two people and a wife that drinks water like a fish, we can go 10 days before filling up the 35 gallon fresh water tank! And you have three separate filters to make sure your drinking water is always clean. The 5 gallon grey water tank allows you to empty it conveniently without having to search for (and pay for) an RV dump site every time. And of course, the Nature’s Head composting toilet. It’s as great as everyone says!
COMFORT: The mattress is 65.25” side to side and 75” long, so you can easily and comfortably sleep two people, and a dog! There’s also plenty of room on each side of the bed for your water bottle, phone, etc, and there are AC and DC plugs at the foot of the bed on both sides. Both sides also have overhead cabinets for clothing.
You also have a nice bench area behind the driver’s seat, and of course a Lagun mount and table for a comfortable work or hang out space. Both the driver and passenger seats swivel, so you can put your laptop or TV on the bench and watch a movie with dinner every night. There’s AC and DC power right there as well.
LIGHTING: Plenty of puck lighting in the bed, kitchen and hallway area on 3-way switches and dimmers by the bed. The bench is also on a dimmer, and there’s a separate light for the shower. Multi level touch lights at the head of the bed as well.
AC AND HEAT: Staying warm in winter has always been easy thanks to thorough insulation and the Webasto AirTop 2000 heater (with Bluetooth) installed under the passenger seat. And the Dometic RTX 2000 air conditioner will keep you cool, even if you spend the summer in a hot place. There is a Sirocco omnidirectional fan on the other side of the bed.
KITCHEN: Single built-in induction cooktop, and a small oven tucked nicely into the cabinetry. There’s a button right on the kitchen wall for turning on/off hot water, and magnetic strips for hanging knives, spice containers, etc. You have several small push-to-open drawers for utensils, and one HUGE drawer for more appliances and cookware, as well as a door for a small trash can. There’s also plenty of space under the sink for cleaning supplies, and enough overhead cabinet space for plenty of plates, cups, etc.
There are also two slide-out pantries, wide and long enough for large jars, cartons, and boxes. The fridge/freezer is the Dometic CFX3 95DZ, the largest 12V fridge they make! Brand new in January of 2025!
GARAGE: This space is VERY big. I can’t believe how much stuff we were able to fit here! Easy access to the electrical control center and water tank/filters, plus a 120V outlet.
SECURITY: Blink system with 5 cameras (3 outside, 2 inside). Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and bluetooth/wifi thermometer. You can check the cameras and thermometer from anywhere.
