Selling my custom built, luxury, 4 season, Class B High Roof camper van with only 36000 miles. I’m a mechanical design engineer and woodworker and I built this van conversion in 2021 on a 2015 Transit 250 High Roof. – Custom designed solid Aspen interior – chosen for its light weight, excellent clarity, and minimal wood grain texture, sealed for moisture resistance.

– Cubic Mini Wood Stove to provide dry heat with heat-powered circulation fan.

– Walls, body panels, and doors are filled with 3M Thinsulate SM600L Acoustic Thermal Insulation throughout with double insulated aluminum to eliminate thermal bridging.
– Optional fleece blanket privacy curtain for front cab & optional fleece insulating curtain for rear and sliding door walls for the subzero nights.
– 1.5” insulated flooring with water proof vinyl laminate flooring in living area & rubber diamond plate in garage.
– Central circulator fan with awning windows over bed and kitchen counter for ample cross breeze in hot weather. With the insulation and air circulation, I’ve been comfortable inside with outdoor temps reaching well into the 90s.
