This van is recently converted last fall. It’s got lots of storage, full size bed, indoor shower and large garage space. Large battery bank lets you stay off grids for days. Short wheel base is easy to drive and park on city streets.
The van
2008 Sprinter 2500 diesel RWD 144wb 129k ODO. 15-17mpg. Drives very well, no mechanical issues, clean title. Recently serviced. 2 new front tires, new torque converters, new glow plugs, new transmission oil. Everything that needs to be fixed has been fixed. We have documents for everything that we’ve fixed.
New head unit with wireless android auto and apple car play. Rear view mirror camera, reverse camera, 2 new ceiling speakers, 2 new usb chargers.
Electrical system

25gal fresh water tank with tank sensor monitor, 2x7gal grey water tank installed underneath the van, 1.5gal water heater, on demand water pump, under the sink water filter system, city water inlet and gravity fill
Bed area
Semi fixed bed is 54in x 75in with slide in slide out slats. You don’t need to put away the blankets and make your bed everyday, Just fold and unfold the mattress. Reading lights, usb chargers and outlets on each side of the bed. Large storage space on passenger side.
Kitchen Area
50 inch long butcher block countertop finished with food grade stain. Stainless steel deep sink with pull down kitchen sprayer and drinking faucet. Water filter system underneath the sink. 1800W Air fryer toaster oven combo, portable 1 burner electric cooktop, 12v refrigerator with freezer compartment. lots of drawers of different sizes, 2 overhead cabinets, gfci outlets.

Bench/shower/toilet
Toilet is stored inside the bench. For shower, hang the shower curtain on the hooks that are up on the ceiling. Simply connect the handheld showerhead to the kitchen faucet.
Garage
Storage area in the garage is 52in l x 41in w x 34.75in h. Batteries and electrical system on the passenger side is easily accessible with removable sliding door. Water tank and plumbing on the driver side with door.
Miscellaneous
2 Maxxair fans with remote controls, Maxspeed diesel heater directly tapped into the van’s fuel tank.
Dimmable led strip lights on the ceiling, above the kitchen counter and in the garage. 2 outside lights on each side of the van.
The ceiling is wrapped with neoprene. (Neoprene is used for wet suits because it’s waterproof). Nickle pattern RV flooring is non-skid and resistant to sunlight. cold, heat and chemical and easy to clean. Interior clearance height is 74inch
