2019 Ford Transit 2WD

Hello! We are Luna Designs Ltd. Co. Located in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are a husband and wife team that has been building beautiful off grid creations for over 15 years!

Up for sale today we have a 2019 Ford Transit with ONLY 22,300 miles! Its a partial build that comes with a ton of goodies that will allow you to jump start your build and dive right in!

We acquired this van from a couple in Boston who reached out to us. They were in the process of purchasing a house and needed to sell some assets. Our build calendar is currently pretty full so we’ve decided to pass this opportunity on to another lucky builder.

Van details:

2019 Ford Transit. Its the long wheel base mid roof model. Which is the Goldilocks size in our opinion (not too big not too small). It drives like a mid size SUV but still has the head room to accommodate taller campers.

As mentioned above the van has only 22,300 miles on the odometer. The van came from Merchants Auto in NH which is probably the biggest seller of used vans in New England. They specialize in short term leases to corporations and after a year or two sell the vans to the public. They sell high quality, lightly used fleet vans. The van has also been in storage for over a year so is in “like new” condition.

This van comes with a long list of components with some already installed. I’ll break down the components and their value below:

8020 aluminum cabinet/galley with undermount stainless sink, butcher block countertop. The cabinet/galley already has soft close drawer slides installed and there are 3 custom ordered Ikea drawers included still new in packaging. Depending on your build design the cabinet can be easily modified or moved to another location. $800

The van also comes with a custom welded rear seat option. The previous builder planned on installing it as a removable option. It is a rear seat out of a Ford Transit Connect with a custom welded base. $500

Marine grade plywood floor with insulation installed $400

Ok that’s about it! As you can see this van comes with a whole lot of goodies and most of them are already installed. All told the value of all the stuff comes to $5,888 not including the many hours of instalation!
