The aesthetic in this camper is exquisite and wonderful to experience in person. The van has low miles, annual service at the dealership and has always been garaged when not in use. This is a treasured van by my wife and I and we are only selling because our travel plans have changed and we can’t use it as often as we would like. Shore power hook-up or solar-power charging or alternator charging for 220ah AGM house battery bank. Full extension drawers on Blum soft close hardware make the kitchen feel residential grade. Upper cabinets all have balanced, soft-close Blum hinges as well. Large marine grade fridge runs on AC (when hooked up to shore power) or DC from house batteries. 26 gallons of onboard fresh water and 15 gallon grey water tank with full size RV dump valve. Van Specialties in Portland installed the diesel heater, roof ventilation fans, all aftermarket windows, electrical power system, and insulated high-traffic floor. Wilson’s RV in Boise installed the fresh water system and grey water dump tank. Boise Car Upholstery professionally wrapped all upholstered panels. Custom cabinets and millwork by Mesa Verde Millwork in Boise and by owner. Sound Depot Boise installed a full audio and back-up camera system with onboard GPS maps. Bfg All-terrain KO2 tires mounted on OEM Steel wheels. The side slider windows and the tilt windows in the kitchen are equipped with bug screens to enjoy fresh air in all environments. Both driver and passenger seats swivel. Dimmable, warm white under-cabinet lights are installed throughout the van. Made exceptionally rugged for all-year use – and has been used all year. The walls and ceiling were lined with Havelock wool insulation and all upholstered panels have additional foam insulation on top of the wool cavity insulation. The floor has 1″ rigid foam insulation and all water lines are above the floor. The van is incredibly comfortable in cold weather and sleeps comfortably down to zero degrees. The floor has a continuous layer of sound deader with additional areas applied to the walls and ceiling. The charging system has bluetooth-enabled apps monitoring the solar panels, battery monitor display on the cabinet as well as remote inverter control switch.
***Note: Mercedes has discontinued the 4×4 sprinter option, so this van (one of the last years sprinters were made in Germany) will hold its value as 4×4 campers with a true low gear option become more rare.
