Welcome to Vanlist, a beta tool provided by Vanlife Trader, LLC (“Vanlife Trader”, “we”, or “us”). By using Vanlist (the “Tool”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.
1. Purpose of the Tool
Vanlist is a free pricing tool designed to help users estimate the market value of their camper van based on historical sales data. The Tool is intended for informational and reference purposes only.
2. No Guarantee of Sale Price
Estimates provided by Vanlist are not appraisals, do not guarantee a specific sale price, and should not be considered financial or legal advice. Actual market value may vary based on condition, upgrades, location, timing, and buyer demand.
3. Beta Disclaimer
Vanlist is currently in beta testing. As such, it may contain bugs, incomplete features, or inaccuracies. By using the Tool, you acknowledge that it is provided “as is” and without any warranties.
4. Use of Data
Vanlist estimates are based on internal sales data collected through the Vanlife Trader platform. All data used in the Tool is anonymized and aggregated.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reuse the Tool’s results for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vanlife Trader is not responsible for decisions made based on Vanlist estimates. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided. In no event shall Vanlife Trader be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this Tool.
6. User Conduct
By using Vanlist, you agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Misrepresent the condition or value of a vehicle.
- Interfere with the operation or integrity of the Tool.
7. Changes to the Tool or Terms
We reserve the right to update or discontinue Vanlist at any time, and to modify these Terms of Use without prior notice. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
